Plastic barrel coffee is back in the UK and the barista has been busy.
Barista, The Coffee Machine, in the Docklands, has been running since mid-September and it’s been busy, with coffee drinkers taking a break from all the coffee to grab a cup and chat.
We’ve been doing the same thing for a couple of weeks now and we’ve had a blast, we’re really enjoying it and we’re happy to be back in London.
We had a lovely run of about six or seven weeks and we have had a really great time.
We’re doing the full run of six to eight weeks now, so we’ll be launching a full range of coffee and we are very excited about that.
What’s the buzz about?
I think it’s going really well, people are loving it, and it seems like a natural extension of our passion for coffee.
We’ve been working on this for the last three years.
We are really passionate about it and are really happy with the result, we think it is going to really excite people, especially young people.
We have been working with a number of different coffee companies in the last year, so the baristas have been really enjoying working with them and they have been fantastic.
What kind of coffee?
We’ve got a range of flavours.
It’s always been about what you want and what you like.
We love to do coffee that is really good for you and good for your body.
We love to drink our espresso and the way it’s made is really different from other espresso drinks, and we love to work with great coffee makers in the city and the city itself.
It’s a really unique experience, but it’s a great thing to have.
What are you getting?
I am really excited to start selling coffee.
We have a new range, we have a range to come out over the next couple of months.
There will be lots of different things.
There’s going to be some coffee that we’ve been using that people haven’t seen before, so I think that’s going a bit overboard, but I think it works really well for us.
Are there any restrictions?
We don’t have any restrictions, but the bar is open from 7am until 11pm.
It will be a big, big celebration, so you will have to drink a lot of coffee to get the full effect.
Do you have any advice for new customers?
If you have a young child, you should not be buying coffee until they are about 12.
They need to be really, really young.
We don-t know if it’s the bar or the kids, but there’s really no reason to drink before they are really young, and they should be drinking coffee to really get into the flavour.
Have you got any tips for new baristas?
I would say that it’s all about learning.
I would just make sure you are getting as much as you can, and I think you will be surprised how many people have really enjoyed their time.
What can you tell me about the new cafe?
The coffee machine has been in the works for quite a while.
We are really excited about it, it’s something that we have wanted to do for a while now.
It was a lot to get started with and the coffee itself is really special, so it’s definitely something that’s got us really excited.
It will be open all day, but we will have some extra hours to get people through.
We’ll have a bit of a cafe for people who want to get their feet wet.
Are you using any other new products?
Yes, there are a few different kinds of coffee, we also have the espresso machines and the teas, and there will be some different teas in there too.
What do you think about people wanting to drink more locally?
It’s great to see that people are really enjoying what we do.
We think it has a really good effect on the city, we feel that it does have an effect on people’s wellbeing.
There’s lots of cafes and bars in the world that people go to to do their coffee.
It really does affect them, it makes their day better.
Are you going to see any other changes?
I will have a cafe and a little cafe on the ground floor for the weekend, which is going really, well, it will be amazing.
